Ask Patricia, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provides this policy to explain how we use text messaging after accessing or using our services found on askpatricia.info (the “Site”). Please carefully read these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By providing your phone number, completing the opt in process on our Site or any other avenue or otherwise enrolling in our text message program(s) (collectively referred to as “Opting In”), you accept these Terms, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

After Opting In, you expressly agree and consent to receive text messages from the Company (collectively referred to as “Messages”) at the mobile number that you provide using SMS, MMS or successor protocols or technologies which may include for example Messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system (auto dialer), artificial intelligence (“AI”) or other automated means. By agreeing to receiving our Messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement and other actions when using the Site or opting into our text messaging program(s). These Messages are transactional in nature and may include for example matching you to a provider or attorney, ask additional questions or [ADDITIONAL EXAMPLES].

2. How We Use Your Information

You provide us with your phone number, which may be a mobile number. We use the information you provide to send Messages to you, respond to your communications, and share with platform providers, phone companies and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.

3. Message Frequency & Opt-Out

You may receive Messages on a recurring basis or one-time. [We may send an initial Message providing details about the Site and our services. 4. Authority to Opt In

If you are opting in our text message program(s) on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms and that the entity agrees to be bound by these Terms.

5. Updates to These Terms

Company may revise and update these Terms at any time. Any such revision shall take effect when it is posted on our Site. Your continued consent to receive Messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

6. Order of Precedence

In the event of any conflict between these Terms, language found in our Messages, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the documents shall control in the following descending order of precedence: (1) our Terms of Use, (2) Privacy Policy, (3) these Terms and (4) language found in our Messages.
